Since opening, Sunspot has helped businesses grow and succeed, with some tenants expanding into larger units as their businesses developed. FAQs
We currently do not let the general public into the car park behind the barrier, unless previously authorized. If you are maintenance staff, a tenant or someone who is already authorized to park behind the barrier you will be told about this before arriving at the Sunspot. If you need to park as a customer, feel free to park down any side roads or use the Jaywick Beach Tendring District Council car park located by the seafront, parking charges may apply without permit.
In order to book a meeting or an event you can click the button below labelled 'booking form' to submit a request, this will be seen within 2-3 working days.
