Sunspot is a modern business centre located in Jaywick Sands, designed to support local entrepreneurs, start-ups and growing businesses. Since opening in 2023; Sunspot has become a vibrant hub where people can work, connect and build successful ventures within a supportive coastal community

Our Community Garden
Our community garden is a shared outdoor space that brings people together in a relaxed and welcoming environment, it offers visitors, tenants and local residents the opportunity to connect with both nature and each other. The garden supports wellbeing creativity and sustainability, and is used for community focused projects, it reflects our commitment to creating not just a workspace but a place where the community feels connected and supported.

Investment & Funding
Sunspot has been made possible through significant investment from national and local partners, reflecting a shared commitment to regenerating Jaywick Sands and supporting local enterprise.
Funding for the development of the centre includes:
£2.39 million from the Government's 'Getting Building Fund', administered by the South East Local Enterprise Partnership
£2.04 million from Essex County Council
£816,000 from Tendring District Council
