Market Stalls:
Tenants without shops £8 per day
General hire £10 per day
20% discount given for block bookings of 1 month plus upfront payment.
Event Space:
Covered market only
Tenants £100 up to 5hrs. £12/hr thereafter
General hire £120 up to 5hrs. £15/hr thereafter
Outdoor event space only
Tenants £100 up to 5hrs. £12/hr thereafter
General hire £120 up to 5hrs. £15/hr thereafter
Covered market and outdoor event space
Tenants £150 up to 5hrs. £15/hr thereafter
General hire £180 up to 5hrs. £20/hr thereafter
Community Use
The market hall is also suitable for community events such as performances, sports or fairs, with a maximum capacity of over 300 people, as well as additional outdoor space. Get in touch to discuss your requirements if you have an event you'd like to put on.
Sunspot also boasts fully accessible public WCs for the first time at this part of the beach, an onsite cafe and a new bus stop right outside the building.
