These ground floor seafront facing shopfront units are ideal for small retail and service businesses, offices, food/drink kiosks or seasonal pop-ups.
All units are offered on easy-in, easy out licence basis, for as little as one month, with a single month's deposit.
Monthly charge includes maintenance of common parts, internet connection, CCTV security, refuse arrangements, building insurance, postal address and one free parking space.
Glazed shopfront ground floor units are ideal for a range of customer-facing activities.
Ventilation and/or water/drainage can be installed by agreement if required.
