All units are offered on an easy-in, easy-out licence basis, for as little as one month, with a single month's deposit. Monthly charge includes maintenance of common parts, internet connection, CCTV security, refuse arrangements, building insurance, postal address and 1no. parking space minimum. 
Ground floor units are ideal for a range of activities. 
3-phase power supply available. 
Ventilation and/or water/drainage can be installed by agreeement if required. 
Includes underfloor heating with thermostat* 
Wall and ceiling finish: white painted plasterboard. 
Floor finish: grey resin floor paint. 
Tenants benefit from roller shuttered entrances whilst also having access to common parts, including WCs, shower, kitchenette and lift access. 
Units G08 and G09 benefit from direct loading from the carpark and their own WCs, in addition to being double-height units that could accomodate a mezzanine.
